My name is Dean, Sub-Zero repair is what I do.

We have been in business for over 30 years, and I have personally been working on Sub-Zero refrigerators for more than 40 years. I started when I was 17 years old, and I have been doing it ever since. Over the years, our company was rated as a top Sub-Zero service company in Manhattan, New York. We serviced full residential buildings and were trusted enough to be listed in superintendent handbooks throughout the city.

I look at all of my customers like family and I go above and beyond to take care of any problems your Sub-Zero might have. These are very expensive machines, and I understand how important they are in your home. When I come out, my goal is to diagnose exactly where the problem is coming from and fix that problem. I rebuild Sub-Zero refrigerators and I am a sealed system specialist. That means I replace compressors, take out failed ones, weld new compressors in, run cleaning solvent through the system, and then vacuum pump the system properly. Anything mechanical on a Sub-Zero, I do. I was factory trained and I only use factory authorized parts. These machines are built to last, and they deserve to be repaired the right way.

I am now based out of Raleigh, North Carolina and service a 60 mile radius. I travel with my warehouse on wheels and stock about 99 percent of Sub-Zero parts right in my van. I come prepared because I am looking to fix your problem the first time and do it the right way.
